Our lock down has been lifted. We ask that you use the Willson House Residential Care Facility entrance to come pick your child up and that you exit that way as well. Thank you all for trusting us with your children. We love them and their safety is our biggest concern.
Our facility is currently placed on lock down due to police activity on our property. We will notify you as soon as the lock down has been lifted. Thank you
What fun we had learning all about Cinco De Mayo! We celebrated the end of our thematic unit with a Cinco De Mayo party and of course a hilarious photo booth with our Preschool Class! Enjoy!
Christmas, my child, is love in action. -Dale Evans

One of the most glorious messes in the world is the mess created in the living room on Christmas Day. Don't clean it up too quickly- Andy Rooney
If you go down in the woods today, you're sure of a big surprise
If you go down in the woods today, you'd better go in disguise
For every bear that ever there was will gather there for certain
Because today's the day the teddy bears have their picnic!
In September we had our Annual Teddy Bear Picnic to celebrate National Intergenerational Month! The children and residents joined together with their favorite stuffed animal friends for a special picnic in our Dining Room. What a wonderful time we spent together filling the room with laughter and sharing special memories with our family and friends.
Enjoy the pictures from this incredible day!
The time for our annual field trip to E.Z Orchards is here! We loaded up on buses, full of anticipation and excitement. The air was crisp and smelled of freshly fallen leaves. We unloaded off the bus, one by one and anxiously awaited our tractor ride! Our tractor plowed through puddles and passed nearby fields until we reached the apple orchard and pumpkin patch! Each student was able to pick a juicy apple and a plump pumpkin, as we wadded through the mud.
Afterwards. we made our way through the corn maze, as corn grew high above our heads! Some friends took a shortcut through the field, as others worked their way through the maze, getting lost again and again! Once we found our way out of the corn maze, and down the big black slide, we were greeted with donuts dipped in sugar, and fresh apple cider! We had a picnic lunch under the warmth of the sun and made our way back to the bus, singing songs as loud as can be during the drive back to school!
It was a wonderful time with 35 students and 18 parent chaperones. Thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedules to make memories with us!
"Each year, the Great Pumpkin rises out of the pumpkin patch that he thinks is the most sincere. He's gotta pick this one. He's got to. I don't see how a pumpkin patch can be more sincere than this one. You can look around and there's not a sign of hypocrisy. Nothing but sincerity as far as the eye can see."-Linus
Today we celebrated St. Patrick's Day with our Annual Intergenerational Party! Students and Residents filled our dining room as laughter and togetherness filled the air. We shared green treats, smiles, and good conversation as Irish music played in the background! Enjoy the pictures below and have a wonderful weekend!
Here is an Irish Blessing for you:
I wish you health,
I wish you well and happiness galore.
I wish you luck for you and friends;
What could I wish you more?
May your joys be as deep as the oceans,
Your troubles as light as its foam.
And may you find, sweet peace of mind,
Wherever you may roam.
